MAJIK Non-Exclusive License Agreement

You get the track, but so can others.

Sometimes you just want to buy a beat and play around with it.  Maybe your project isn't super serious and isn't expected to circulate widely. Maybe you don't mind if someone else uses the same MAJIK track for their project. Maybe your budget is tight, but you still want want that MAJIK flavor. This might be the option for you.


This agreement gives you full rights to record, alter, and mix the instrumental in any way, shape, or form (except reselling it).  You will still need to credit MAJIK on all commercial recordings/releases and MAJIK will retain ownership, copyright, publishing, and mechanical rights to the instrumental. 

Non-Exclusive Details

  • MAJIK retains all Publishing Rights
  • MAJIK retains all Mechanical Rights
  • MAJIK retains full Ownership
  • YOU get Unlimited Monetization of Music Videos and Streams
  • YOU may use the track for ONE Commercial Recording or Broadcast
  • MAJIK will be Credited as Writer/Composer and/or Producer 

MAJIK Exclusive License Agreement

Keep the MAJIK all to yourself!

Exclusivity means the instrumental can only be used by you – MAJIK cannot resell it to anyone else! This is the ideal option when you are serious about your project and want to make sure the track you release remains uniquely yours.  


This agreement gives you full rights to record, alter, and mix the instrumental in any way, shape, or form (except reselling it).  You will still need to credit MAJIK on all commercial recordings/releases and MAJIK will retain ownership, copyright, publishing, and mechanical rights to the instrumental.


If you have any questions about this agreement option or would like to negotiate something different for your situation, it doesn't hurt to ask!  MAJIK is flexible and wants your project to succeed in the best way possible for everyone's benefit.
